About The Position

Dedicated contract Product Support Representative, 24/7 operation. Provide customer service support, product support, via telephone, fax, online chat, and email for TransCore products and services. Manage customer information, provide account retention, and troubleshoot customer problems. Documents customer problems for customers in the Maintenance Online Management System (MOMS) and the help desk application. This responsibility includes ensuring service requirements are protected and accounted for in accordance with set standards.

Requirements

  • PC literate; Windows, Microsoft Office
  • Troubleshooting skills
  • Customer service, good writing and verbal skills
  • Data entry, communication, and mechanical skills
  • Shift work will be required based on operational needs. Able and willing to work in the 1st, 2nd or 3rd schedule as assigned.
  • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
  • Ability to write simple correspondence
  • Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization
  • Reasoning Ability
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
  • Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
  • High School diploma or general education degree (GED) required.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with tolls system maintenance, repair, system administration but not required.
  • Linux OS, A+, desired but not required.
