About The Position

An Associate Product Manager at ASUS will be challenged with a wide range of tasks and activities directly related to the management and maintenance of product life cycle. This position supports the respective product manager and product management team, working closely with and will be responsible for tasks related to Sales, Marketing, Warehouse, and Operations. Regular tasks include supporting NPI, supply chain management, product setups, product training and presentation, industry and competitive research and market analysis, with presentations to external partners, customers, executive management, and corporate headquarters (based in Taipei, Taiwan). To be successful in this role you will need to be self-motivated, proactive, energetic, organized, detail oriented and have a passion for new technologies.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (competency with Excel formulas)

  • Years of Education Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in computer industry
  • Work Experience 2+ years computer industry (preferability Hardware) Sales or PM relevant work experience

Responsibilities

  • Supply Chain Management - Support product operations – supply chain (ordering and logistics)
  • New Product Introductions / Go to Market - Prepare new product go-to-market plan and ensure new product messaging is well received by customers
  • Market Audit - Survey market and develop comparison data for products, pricing, and channels
  • Market Analysis- Analyze market data to identify market trends and opportunities
  • Content Audit – Ensure product content is properly displayed online and in-store
  • Demo / Display / Training – support and provide input related to product merchandising, demos, and training external associates on the product
  • Warehouse and Operations - Work with Internal teams to ensure products ship and invoices are processed to customers
  • CPFR - Communicate with customers regularly to collect and analyze product sales trends and market demand forecasting - directly providing feedback or offering solutions to better drive sales
  • Organize forecast, revenue, and product reports and presentations
  • Maintain good attendance and punctuality
  • Perform other job duties as assigned
