Associate Product Manager, Digital Technology & Delivery
About The Position
The Associate Product Manager, Digital Technology & Delivery helps drive the development and optimization of digital solutions aimed at enhancing the overall digital experience for Together Credit Union. This role will manage the planning, delivery, optimization and support of applications that directly serve our members—such as our online membership application tool, credit pre-approval campaign software, external website, and other digital technologies. This role will work collaboratively with IT, marketing, operations and third-party vendors to support current solutions and contribute to the successful deployment of new member-facing applications.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of experience in product management, business analyst or application support ideally in digital or fintech environments

Responsibilities
- Product Planning & Management Support executing product roadmaps for key digital member-facing tools
- Analyze member feedback, business needs, and industry trends to identify product enhancement opportunities.
- Monitor KPIs and product performance metrics (e.g., conversion rates, application completion rates)
- Application Support & Maintenance Provide tier 3 support for member-facing applications, resolving issues and escalating as necessary
- Monitor application performance, logs, and incidents; ensure uptime and optimal functionality
- Coordinate and perform application updates, patches, and configuration changes
- Assist in troubleshooting product issues and identifying root causes
- Recommend and track ongoing improvements based on data insights and member behavior
- Project & Release Coordination Collaborate with stakeholders from Marketing, IT, Lending, and Member Services to gather and refine product requirements
- Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing), regression testing, and production validation processes
- Collaborate with third-party vendors and integration partners to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery
