Requirements

• 2+ years of legal experience
• Juris Doctor and membership in one state bar or equivalent
• Experience in private practice or in house experience at a technology company or equivalent
• Experience managing multiple projects and priorities across teams in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Nice To Haves

• Experience providing practical, crisp and actionable legal advice.
• Experience creating and implementing contractual process improvements; prior experience managing and implementing programs/projects across multiple business teams.
• A strong track-record of working cross-functionally to root cause and promptly resolve complicated problems.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business teams to assess new programs, identifying potential legal risks and developing strategic mitigation approaches
• Provide cross-functional guidance to resolve complex issues and manage high-visibility legal escalations
• Deliver practical, actionable legal advice that supports business objectives and technological innovation
• Support product counseling processes and develop standardized legal assessment mechanisms
• Craft legal strategies that enable rapid, flexible business development
