Your role in helping us shape the future: The School Experience (B2B) team in our Education vertical is on a mission to help higher education officials identify actionable insights for decision-making by exploring their school's performance relative to peers over time . This summer, we need one intern to support our digital product management team. Your goal will be to accelerate the user adoption and ongoing refinement of our new AI Assistant and Predictive Modeling features. You will collaborate with our product, engineering, and sales teams in pursuit of those goals. Are you up to the challenge?

Requirements

  • Previous experience in digital product management and/or software engineering (courses, freelance work, internships, etc.)
  • You’re a proven creative problem solver. You enjoy taking time to understand context, diagnose areas of concern, and collaborate with others to implement meaningful improvements to digital products
  • You’ve got excellent written and verbal skills with the ability to speak with internal and external stakeholders
  • Eligible candidates must be one of the following: Part-time or full-time students who have completed 48+ credit hours (rising juniors/seniors and graduate students) and are enrolled in an undergraduate program at an accredited college or university Part-time or full-time students enrolled in a graduate program at an accredited college or university
  • Ability to exercise sound judgment, professionalism and maturity in the workplace
  • Effective communicator in both written and spoken English
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in use of MSOffice Suite and Google Docs
  • 3.0 GPA or above preferred

Responsibilities

  • Analysis: Review user activity and join discussions with our clients to understand their goals, pain points, and how our solutions are performing relative to client goals
  • User Adoption: Drive user adoption on key features by meeting with account executives, client schools, and other stakeholders to ensure schools understand the value proposition and how to use the new features
  • Feature Refinement: Document user pain points and ideas to support the ongoing refinement of key features
