About The Position

We are seeking a talented individual to join our team at Marsh as an Associate Producer. This is a hybrid role that requires working at least three days a week in the office. The successful candidate will lead daily operations from a support and administrative level, coordinating complex logistics and task assignments for client relationship projects while ensuring effective communication and problem resolution. Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales or account management with demonstrated success in cold calling, prospecting, and closing deals.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills and experience preparing sales proposals.
  • Solid negotiation skills and the ability to structure basic pricing/terms.
  • Experience conducting research and due diligence using multiple information sources and working with CRM tools to track activity.
  • Ability to work in-office at least three days per week (hybrid).

  • Experience in insurance, risk management, or professional services.
  • Active membership in professional organizations and a well‑developed professional network.
  • Formal sales training or relevant certifications.
  • Demonstrated ability to independently manage end‑to‑end sales processes and build lasting client relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Drive new business and maintain a book of small, low‑risk accounts through high‑frequency selling activities, including cold calling and prospecting.
  • Develop and deliver tailored sales presentations and complex proposals that convert prospects into clients.
  • Close deals by negotiating values and basic pricing structures that balance client needs and business objectives.
  • Oversee the full sales lifecycle — perform due diligence and account research, coordinate meetings, manage transactions, and ensure service quality and client satisfaction.
  • Partner with and shadow Sales Professionals or Sales Leaders in client and prospect meetings to learn and support work on larger or more complex opportunities.
