About The Position

Founded in 2001 with a focus on representing brands in sports, we provide our clients with a full-service marketing approach, including sponsorship consulting, media planning and buying, creative production and design, experiential marketing, hospitality, public relations, social media and data & insights. At rEvolution, we pride ourselves on delivering award-winning business-building marketing, strategic consulting and media programs for our brand clients that are widely recognized throughout the global sports industry. rEvolution is seeking a Associate Producer (Experiential) to join our growing sports marketing agency. In this role, reporting to the Director, Experiential, you will be partner with the Account Management and Creative teams to deliver best-in-class experiential events.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience working within experiential event activations, ideally as part of a marketing agency.
  • 4-year degree from accredited college. Preferred area of study – sports marketing
  • Proficiency in Microsoft software suite and additional agency related platforms
  • The ability to travel as needed and work non-traditional hours to be on-site at events. This may include weekends and/or holidays.

Responsibilities

  • Support the management of multiple experiential event activations throughout the year from concepting and pre-planning to execution and post-event closure.
  • Provide support for logistical event details including but not limited to: Financial management, asset management, venue management, contract negotiations, vendor management, contractor and local staff management, asset fabrication, technology integrations, consumer registration/data collection, A/V, permitting, printed collateral/signage, talent/entertainment, premium giveaways, etc.
  • Be responsible for event budget development, management, and reconciliations.
  • Obtain vendor quotes and manage vendor communication.
  • Work with internal rEvolution teams (Account Management, Creative, etc.) to ensure events stay on track according to the program timeline and within budget.
  • Additional projects as assigned such as assistance on other experiential programs and related research.
  • Lead or support internal group initiatives, as designated by group leadership.
