About The Position

The Associate Product Operations Manager – will report to the Sr. Manager of Product Operations and is responsible for supporting the execution of a systematized approach to how we set up and manage pricing, product and fulfillment data in Salesforce. The responsibilities of this detail oriented and analytical role include an understanding of customer data, both in its current state as well as its future state, ability to identify requirements, validate data integrity and understand system functionality. They will possess a strong understanding of marketing principles, data analysis, and technological proficiency to support our marketing operations and business initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Marketing, Business Operations or Data Analytics.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple priorities and effectively meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical, verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to connect business process to data outputs
  • Proven time management skills in a deadline driven environment
  • Well organized, detail oriented with ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while managing multiple concurrent tasks
  • Must possess a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Salesforce experience a plus.
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to take ownership.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Must possess initiative, balanced judgment, objectivity and the ability to plan and prioritize one's own work to assure maximum efficiency.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal direction while communicating back to management as required.
  • Ability to assume a leadership role within workgroups as necessary.
  • Strong attention to detail, process management experience is a plus.
  • Good computer skills, including demonstrated knowledge of Adobe Suite, Acrobat and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a full and thorough understanding of all HomeServe USA products.
  • Manage data with effective quality controls and risk management.
  • Develop and maintain reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes, workflows, and systems.
  • Consult with internal business partners to ensure accuracy of changes, while identifying any/all gaps and providing resolution to generate consistencies.
  • Validate data configurations to ensure that data reflects the business strategy and plan.
  • Support data governance efforts to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance of marketing data.
  • Document all changes and work with team to ensure that all data components are accurate for distribution.
  • Assist business SME’s in researching questions and concerns.
  • Support the documentation of processes and the development of SOPs and SLAs to ensure deadlines are accurately met.
  • Help departments including fulfillment, call center, and contractor management to implement new products and maximize operational efficiency.
  • Act as “middleman” between multiple internal departments for any initiative related to migration or updating of existing customer contracts.
  • Handle on-going issue and change management.
