Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, or related field preferred
  • Experience: 2 years in procurement, Preferred experience within Food & Beverage, CPG, or Manufacturing.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
  • Advanced/Expert level Excel Skills
  • Use of Microsoft Power Automate and Office (+)
  • Strong understanding of Oracle
  • Excellent verbal, written communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and maintain timelines
  • Mindset: Self Starter, Organized, Adaptable, curious, and ready to challenge the status quo.
  • Must be a Citizen or National of the United States, a lawful, permanent resident, or have authorization to work in the United States.
  • Applicants must not now, or in the future, require sponsorship for an employment visa.

Responsibilities

  • Gather and analyze data from various sources to generate actionable insights and meaningful reports.
  • Support report automation processes to streamline workflows and increase efficiency.
  • Provide first-line support to users resolving procurement workflow issues in procurement information systems.
  • Provide procurement system test support in DEV environments for User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Be the Subject Matter Expert on Procurement Tools including Strategy, Market Intelligence and Spend
  • Conduct user training sessions and create user guides to promote system proficiency and adoption.
  • Support procurement Access Management (file access) approvals.
  • Continuous data cleanse support and File-Based Data Import (FBDI) loads to support One Procurement
  • Other support duties as assigned.
