About The Position

Associate Process Manager - Compensation Execution (Business Cards & Payments) The Business Cards & Payments (BC&P) Team is looking for an Associate, Process Manager. This person will conduct compensation administration and maintain documentation for the BC&P Compensation Execution team including Google and Microsoft. This role will support a team of field sales and leadership focused on providing insight into compensation questions and processes. The primary responsibilities will be management of the shared mailbox and processes that maintain the integrity of compensation information to ensure accurate payouts are conducted. Additionally maintaining and documenting key project artifacts, and maintaining reference materials. The right candidate will have strong attention to detail, be comfortable with spreadsheets and able to learn new platforms quickly.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification
  • At least 1 year of experience planning and implementing SEM strategies utilizing Google and Microsoft Ad platforms
  • At least 2 years of experience with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
  • At least 1 year of experience in project or process management

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Military Experience
  • At least 1 year of experience using Process tools (Tableau, Snowflake, and Databricks)
  • At least 2 years of experience in project management

Responsibilities

  • Support the compensation administration and strategy team by reviewing project documents for consistency, technical accuracy, and completeness of details
  • Conduct investigations into compensation inquires using various resources such as tableau reporting, snowflake scripts, process and policy documentation
  • Manage the team’s filing system (Google Drive) archiving all project documents and approvals to meet audit requirements
  • Recommend and implement process improvements
  • Serve as the process subject matter expert for the team maintaining a playbook outlining team practices
  • Identify areas that could benefit from process improvements
  • Maintain reference materials including a process documentation & historical compensation documentation
  • Communicate with both field and strategy partners effectively and clearly
  • Comfortable working with large data sets in Excel and Google Sheets, and the desire to learn additional tools such as Tableau, SQL and additional google suite products
  • Complete administrative tasks to support the team as needed
  • Participate in training to support other strategy and marketing channels
