Harvey & Company is seeking an experienced professional to lead a new, high-impact business development function focused on expanding and deepening our relationships with private equity clients. This is a client-facing leadership opportunity in a well-established, respected firm (120+ professionals, strong reputation in buy-side M&A). It's ideal for someone with 4-8+ years of relevant experience who wants to shift from pure deal execution to strategic relationship-building and team management while staying involved in the PE ecosystem. You will work closely with our industry-focused deal teams to repurpose proprietary and actionable opportunities to both existing and new private equity clients. Preferred candidates will bring proven investment banking or private equity experience, a strong track record of executing deals, and ideally hands-on experience presenting deals to private equity buyers. You should be entrepreneurial, excited to build and scale this critical growth area, and ready to manage a small high-performing team. Please note that there is no financial modeling in the role and only minor financial statement analysis.
