Requirements

  • 7-10+ years' experience in top-tier consulting or strategic HR/organizational roles within complex, global organizations.
  • Proven expertise in organizational design, job architecture, operating model transformation, and cultural change.
  • A people-first mindset - with a track record of designing solutions that elevate both business outcomes and employee experience.
  • Strong client leadership skills, with the ability to influence and advise senior executives.
  • Experience delivering large-scale transformation programs across industries such as Financial Services, Life Sciences, Technology, Industrial, or Public Sector.
  • Exceptional analytical, facilitation, and project management capabilities.
  • Commercial acumen and the ability to shape and grow client relationships.
  • Fluent in French and English

Nice To Haves

  • A relevant advanced degree (e.g., MBA, Organizational Psychology, Human Capital Strategy) is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Design operating models and organizational architectures that empower talent, enhance agility, and drive performance.
  • Translate strategic ambition into human-centered execution, aligning leadership, roles, capabilities, and ways of working.
  • Shape and embed cultural change, helping organizations evolve their values, behaviors, and employee experience.
  • Advise C-suite leaders on how to unlock value through their people - becoming a trusted partner in their transformation journey.
  • Lead and mentor diverse project teams, fostering a collaborative, high-performance environment.
  • Drive business development, shaping solutions that address clients' most pressing human capital challenges.
