About The Position

As an Associate PM - Catalyst Program Americas ICS Projects, you will take part in a series of rotations. You will lead projects and deliver value across multiple departments and global locations. This will involve planning, communication, and teamwork. Through this experience, you will gain hands-on experience and develop an understanding of different departments. You will rotate through multiple departments at Westinghouse, such as: · GOS GIC – Control and Information Systems · GOS GIC – Systems & Site Response Engineering · GOS GIC – I&C Engineering · GOS GIC – Safety & Reactor Systems · GOS GIC – Operations and Controls · I&C Field Services and Plant Engineering You will report to the Portfolio Project Manager and work a hybrid schedule based in Cranberry, PA.

Requirements

  • A degree in Engineering or Project Management by June 2026.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience
  • Outstanding academic achievement
  • Flexibility to relocate based on the job rotations

Responsibilities

  • For each rotation/department, develop an understanding of the strategic direction of the department and the business environment and evaluate how business strategies align with the direction of the business.
  • Identify areas of improvement and use data analysis skills to propose solutions to enhance the efficiency of each rotational department.
  • Develop a foundation of leadership
  • Assist Project Managers with scheduling, tracking deliverables, and updating project dashboards.
  • Support Engineers in reviewing technical drawings, specifications, and documentation.
  • Participate in team meetings and record action items, decisions, and follow-ups.
  • Help prepare materials for Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and simulator configuration.
  • Contribute to lessons learned documentation and process improvement projects.
  • Coordinate with supply chain and vendors for status updates and procurement tracking.
  • Manage project files, including engineering change notices and risk logs.
  • Perform data reporting for resource planning and budget tracking.
