The Associate Patient Care Coordinator role will provide back office support for surgery authorizations, pre-surgical testing, surgery scheduling and patient follow-up and communication. Manages the referrals process, processes incoming and outgoing referrals, and prior authorizations. This function includes intake, notification and census roles. This position is full-time, Monday - Friday. Employees are required to work from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. Working hours may vary. Our office is located at Stow, OH We offer 1 week on paid training. The hours during training will be from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm from Monday - Friday. Primary Responsibilities: Applies knowledge / skills to activities that often vary from day to day. Demonstrates a moderate level of knowledge and skills in own function. Requires little assistance with standard and non-standard requests. Solves routine problems on own. Works with supervisor to solve more complex problems. Prioritizes and organizes own work to meet agreed upon deadlines.
