About The Position

The Associate Manager, Partner Marketing is a dynamic role on the Integrated Marketing team, with a focus on supporting the execution of innovative marketing programs in collaboration with multiple partner brands to drive customer acquisition and retention. This role is for a creative, results-oriented marketing professional who will support the execution of innovative, multi-channel campaigns in collaboration with our diverse portfolio of partner brands. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Partner Marketing, the individual in this role will support the Senior Marketing Manager in achieving executional excellence and play an important role both within our marketing team and with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting successful initiatives for brands or categories with a diverse product portfolio.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of marketing experience in a retail, agency or CPG environment, focused on campaign execution and growth marketing initiatives.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent blend of experience and education; master's degree is a plus.
  • Track record of supporting successful and innovative marketing initiatives that drive results and create affinity for your company/brand.
  • Ability to support the execution of go-to-market programs using digital media and data-driven insights.
  • Excellent written, verbal and presentation communication skills, with a meticulous attention to detail because you know the little things make a big difference.
  • Project management skills with an ability to juggle multiple vendors timelines and deliverable simultaneously.
  • A solutions-oriented mindset and analytical mindset, with a genuine passion for process improvement.
  • Ability to create effective internal and external partnerships across the organization.
  • A love of pets (of course!)

Responsibilities

  • Support the execution of unique omni-channel, consumer insight-led marketing programs that leverage our first party data, build community, bring new customers to PetSmart, deliver on our brand equity and create value for both PetSmart stakeholders and the brands who participate in our brand marketing plans.
  • Champion brand consistency across all creative assets, ensuring a seamless and compelling brand story is told across our digital channels and in-store experiences.
  • Support ongoing reporting to translate complex data and insights into scalable opportunities.
  • Partner with key internal cross-functional teams and external partner brands ensuring clear and effective collaboration for seamless campaign execution.
  • Partner with creative team to produce and execute in-store signage needs for consumables brands to create a cohesive in-store experience.
  • Proactively identify and implement opportunities for process optimization to enhance team efficiency and campaign effectiveness.
