About The Position

We’re looking for a high‑energy Associate Partner & Account Executive to drive revenue across both partner‑led and direct SMB/new‑business sales. You’ll own relationships with ISVs and small/midsize customers. You will be executing full‑cycle sales, enabling partners, and hunting net‑new opportunities.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in sales, partner management, or account management (SaaS/tech/IT preferred).
  • Proven success driving revenue through partnerships and direct sales.
  • Experience hunting and closing net‑new business, ideally in SMB or high‑growth environments.
  • Strong negotiation skills and experience with complex commercial agreements.
  • Background working with ISVs.
  • Excellent communication, relationship‑building, and executive‑level presentation skills.
  • High ownership, adaptability, and ability to thrive in fast-moving environments.

Responsibilities

  • Hit revenue and bookings targets across partner and direct channels.
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline; hunt and close net‑new logos.
  • Execute full‑cycle sales: prospecting, qualification, solution positioning, negotiation, and close.
  • Develop and grow relationships with ISVs.
  • Run sell‑to, sell‑with, and sell‑through motions to drive joint growth.
  • Lead business reviews, track performance, and resolve partner needs quickly.
  • Engage SMB customers with tailored value propositions and product presentations.
  • Support expansion, retention, and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Navigate complex pricing and deal structures with strong negotiation skills.
  • Maintain accurate Salesforce data and support forecasting and planning.
