About The Position

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of real estate experience in high-end residential architecture, construction, and or owners representation/project management (Ideally with projects over $10mil in GC costs)
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Basic understanding of construction projects, particularly in residential development.
  • Experience in budget management, invoicing, and change order review.
  • Ability to manage contracts, insurance tracking, and due diligence on consultants.
  • Proficiency with project management tools, CRM software, and administrative platforms.
  • Strong communication skills for client and vendor interactions.
  • Ability to identify problems and collaborate on solutions.
  • Strong quantitative skills and proficiency in Google Docs, Google Sheets, Microsoft Office, Docusign, Adobe, and virtual meeting platforms.
  • Self-starter with the ability to learn quickly, work both independently and as a team member, and to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a highly detailed, organized and efficient manner.
  • High emotional intelligence, ability to read a room and manage numerous personalities.
  • Operate in an empathic, collaborative, and rigorous manner.
  • Ability to respond to Peak team members, external team members and clients quickly.

Responsibilities

  • Observe and support the Owner’s Representative (OR) and Senior Owner's Rep (SOR) with managing clients, contract administration, and executing all project contracts.
  • Organize all project files in correct folders, name things accurately, and maintain version control per Peak's file organization.
  • Assist the OR with conducting prospective architect & consultant due diligence.
  • Identify problems, discuss with OR, and brainstorm solutions.
  • Assist the OR in developing a detailed project budget defining all known and projected costs to complete the project and updating it weekly.
  • Assist the OR with invoices and pay applications reviews.
  • Log and track Certificates of Insurance (COIs) for all vendors
  • Assist the OR with creating the development schedule and preparing weekly project status reports.
  • Schedule all project meetings with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Draft meeting agendas and minutes, and distribute approved minutes to the team.
  • Provide weekly summary level Status Reports of the Project.
  • Manage and own all projects in Salesforce, including project setup, structuring different phases, and owning all data entry.
