The Associate Operator is responsible for picking PO’s for the Production Team, following picking SOP’s, and proper staging and stacking procedures. This role involves working closely with blending/weigh room personnel to ensure smooth operation. - Understand LB13’s and Premixes
- Ability to lift 50 IBS repeatably during shift
- Willing to work OT as needed
