Analyses and prioritizes own work activities to complete daily assignments. Assists team members with resolution to problems. Communicates with external and internal departments to ensure proper resolution of issues. Ability to troubleshoot issues and make sound judgments. Handles and/or assists in various projects related to the department and applies technical proficiency Able to get along well with others that fosters a great team environment. Maintain high productivity and accuracy rates to meet our service level standards. Requirements

  • 1 year+ prior banking experience
  • Detail Oriented and able to work independently
  • Strong Problem Solving and Decision making skills
  • Highly effective communication (verbal & written) and analytical skills
  • Ability to prioritize, meet accuracy and service level standards in a fast-paced environment a must.
  • Technical proficiency with Outlook, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Desire to Succeed, Adapt to Changes and Strong Work Ethic
  • Bachelor’s Degree/Associate's Degree or equivalent experience

Nice To Haves

  • Prior knowledge and/or experience with the following systems: BABO, Citismart, Systematics, RSM, Pep+, Sign Plus, EIC, Salesforce, Wausau, CBusOL Portal and Web Cash Manager a plus.
