Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and adapt to shifting priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Detail‑oriented with a high level of accuracy in work and data analysis.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, problem‑solving, process‑management, and team‑building abilities.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively with cross‑functional teams.
  • Willingness to work five days per week at our Sandy, Utah office.
  • Internal candidates should have six months in their current position, acceptable job performance, and must notify their current supervisor that they have applied for the position.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive analysis, develop strategic recommendations, and monitor progress for initiatives across the company.
  • Develop and maintain performance metrics to assess the effectiveness and efficiency of strategic initiatives.
  • Analyze marketing campaign performance, customer behavior, and market trends to support data‑driven marketing strategies.
  • Create clear, concise reports and deliver presentations to stakeholders, including management.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support the implementation of strategic initiatives.
  • Assist with project planning and resource allocation to support new strategy implementation.
