Addepar is looking for a driven and adaptable professional to support Addepar’s GTM Strategic Initiatives. In this role you’ll help drive the translation of our strategic priorities into projects and change management initiatives that improve how GTM teams and the business as a whole operate. You’ll develop recommendations and solutions that bridge the gap between the firm’s high-level vision, strategy and capabilities and the people, process and technical solutions on the ground. You’ll act as the operational backbone for complex projects, ensuring seamless communication and execution across teams. This is a dynamic role ideal for someone looking to deepen their strategic and operational experience in a rapidly growing GTM organization within a global SaaS business. Addepar takes a market-based approach to pay. A successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on the role, job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target base salary for roles in Colorado, California, and New York. The current range for this role is $75,000 - $117,000 (base salary) + bonus + equity + benefits. Additionally, these ranges reflect the base salary only, and do not include bonus, equity, or benefits.
