We are seeking an Office Manager to join our National Office Experience team in our San Francisco office, located at 101 California Street. This role is onsite five days per week (Monday–Friday) and is responsible for overseeing the employee and guest experience, as well as managing facilities operations. As part of our broader Office Experience team, this individual will play a key role in fostering community and connection – serving as a cultural anchor across our 20+ offices at Cresset.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
  • Strong work tenure: At least 5 – 8 years of experience working in a professional services environment
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point), Adobe Acrobat
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proactive, solutions-oriented thinker with sound judgment
  • Detail-oriented with strong execution and follow-through
  • Highly organized, able to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Resourceful team player who works well independently
  • Discreet with confidential information; committed to exceptional client service

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the Front-of-House experience for a 60-person office, ensuring every client and guest feels welcomed and valued
  • Personally greet and escort guests to meeting spaces, seamlessly coordinating arrivals and communications with hosts
  • Partner with senior leaders and Wealth Advisors to thoughtfully plan and execute meeting experiences, including tailored food, beverage, and room setup
  • Execute meeting preparation and service with a hospitality-driven approach, ensuring rooms are fully set, supported during meetings, and reset promptly afterward
  • Maintain a consistently polished, organized, and client-ready front-of-house and meeting space environment at all times.
  • Coordinate with HR and IT to onboard new team members, including preparing checklists, arranging welcome gifts, setting up workstations and computers.
  • Organize weekly office lunches, including scheduling, ordering, setup, and cleanup.
  • Plan and coordinate employee birthday, anniversary and special milestone celebrations.
  • Organize and execute office events, including holiday team events, seasonal outings, and team volunteer events.
  • Partner and collaborate with Executive Assistants and National Office Experience team on onsite and offsite events and activities.
  • Manage the weekly office newsletter, informing employees of upcoming events, important dates and reminders, and building communications.
  • Maintain exceptional common spaces – including kitchens, breakrooms, and copy areas – ensuring they are consistently clean, well-stocked, and inviting
  • Proactively manage inventory and ordering of supplies, snacks, and beverages
  • Act as the primary liaison with building management and maintenance personnel, including managing building access cards, repairs and maintenance needs.
  • Coordinate with parking vendors for access card distribution and cancellations.
  • Oversee emergency preparedness drills and activities.
