About The Position

We built our company on the belief that with smarter technology we are redefining pharmacy benefits, but this is just the beginning… As the Associate Network Operations Center Analyst, you will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining our network infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime. Within this role you'll handle key duties including diagnosing and resolving network issues, collaborating with IT teams to enhance network performance, and providing technical support to end-users. We'll need strong analytical skills, familiarity with network monitoring tools, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. This position involves shift work to support our 24/7 operations.

Requirements

  • Associate’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Technology, or related field (In lieu of a degree, equivalent relevant experience may be considered.)
  • 1+ year of experience within a similar role in infrastructure operations and technology or in a customer facing technical support environment.
  • Experience with implementing, administering, monitoring, and troubleshooting network infrastructure devices, including wireless access points, firewalls, routers, switches, and controllers.
  • Must be willing to travel (15% of time) per year (in state or out of state).
  • Availability to work rotating or irregular shifts, including weekends and certain holidays, per business or operational needs.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • This position requires on-site presence (OASIS).
  • This position requires availability to work in a specified time zone or working schedule, accommodating the business needs of our clients and team members.
  • This position requires availability for on-call hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to promptly address emergent issues or provide necessary support as dictated by operational demands (if applicable).

Nice To Haves

  • CompTIA A+ or Network+ Certification
  • Experience within pharmacy benefit management, healthcare and/or insurance industries.
  • Experience with Microsoft Windows Server 2008, 2012 R2, 2016 and 2019.

Responsibilities

  • Install, configure, and maintain computer networks and devices.
  • Install and manage network security hardware and software.
  • Monitor and ensure network performance and integrity.
  • Send out internal and external communications for internal and external events
  • Identify and solve any problems that arise with computer networks and systems.
  • Work effectively with communications service providers (ISPs) and other vendors.
  • Create and maintain documentation of current network components, processes, and diagrams.
