About The Position

As an Associate National Account Manager, E-Commerce for our Moen brand, you'll be part of our Lowes Account team helping drive the success of our Lowe's online business. You'll collaborate with the Lowes Account team, content, channel marketing, and supply chain. This role offers hands-on exposure to large account management and is designed to prepare you for future growth into a full National Accounts Manager position. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, detail-oriented, and excited about growing their career in account management. You are eager to learn, thrive in cross-functional team environments, and bring a strong understanding of retail, digital merchandising, or eCommerce operations. Experience supporting Lowe's or another national retailer is a plus. Above all, this person is looking to build a foundational experience that can lead to a long-term path in national account management.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience in sales, channel marketing, or retail account support (preferably focused on Lowe's and retail channels)
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including written and verbal communications
  • Comfortable presenting to internal and external stakeholders
  • Demonstrated success in problem-solving - creative and innovative thinker
  • Demonstrated success in negotiating mutually beneficial outcomes
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work independently and cross-functionally (e.g., Marketing, Product Management, Engineering, etc).

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in business, marketing or similar
  • Experience using Lowe's IMA Portal

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a strategic sales plan for Lowe's eCommerce businesses, with focus on core growth, promotional planning/execution, supply chain excellence and content optimization.
  • Cultivate and manage relationships with all Lowe's buying teams including merchants, supply chain, merchant assistants, and promotional management teams.
  • Partner with product, content specialists, finance, and channel marketing to coordinate and implement targeted new product launches, promotions, and media activations.
  • Communicate opportunities, issues, and trends to management and marketing teams both short and long term to manage business effectively.
  • Effectively manage marketing, promotional, and T&E budget.
  • Coordinate and manage line review cycle with Lowe's to grow and expand our business.
  • Manage and plan new growth agreements based on exclusivity, timing, and product designs.
