About The Position

For this opportunity, we are seeking a highly motivated, team-oriented Associate Model-Based Systems Engineer . This exciting position will have the chance to support requirements definition and implementation, MBSE standards definition and implementation, and physical and logical architecture modeling for the ICS. This role is well suited for an early-career engineer who wants to build strong model-based systems engineering fundamentals while contributing to real customer outcomes in a mission-focused defense environment. We are seeking expertise in MBSE such as: Foundational knowledge of model-based systems engineering principles, systems architecture, and requirements management Experience supporting requirements definition, decomposition, traceability, and implementation in an engineering environment Ability to develop and maintain physical and logical architecture models for Integrated Combat Systems or similarly complex systems Familiarity with Cameo or similar MBSE tools for model development, organization, and analysis Exposure to Java and MBSE plugin development to support model usability, automation, or workflow improvement Ability to perform routine engineering design tasks using standard techniques and to assist senior engineers in the preparation of plans, designs, computational methods, and reports Bachelor’s degree in engineering preferred Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment

Requirements

  • Foundational knowledge of model-based systems engineering principles, systems architecture, and requirements management

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain Active DoD Secret Clearance
  • Must be a full-time team member
  • The continuation of outside employment shall not constitute a conflict with the Company’s interest, including performing work for a customer or competitor
