Responsible for managing less complex customer relationships with smaller pharmaceutical and biotech clients. This role involves providing service to customers from proposal development to contracting, implementation, and billing, as well as maintaining and monitoring contracts for compliance to ensure maximum value. The Associate Manager will develop an understanding of client requirements for their product lines and proactively engage with new and current clients to coordinate presentations, meetings, in-services, and business reviews.
