About The Position
Our AmLaw 100 client is adding associates to its busy Merges & Acquisitions and Private Equity teams in Dallas. Expect direct client contact, high -visibility transactions, and a platform that rewards initiative.
Requirements
- Law school class years 2018–2021
- Significant hands -on M&A experience and fluency with corporate law and market terms
- Proven drafting skills, effective deal management, and comfort running workstreams with autonomy
- Driven, business -development mindset with the judgment to own client -facing responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Advise corporate clients and private equity funds on acquisitions, dispositions, minority investments, and similar transactions
- Draft and negotiate core deal documents and manage transactions end to end
- Handle general corporate matters for portfolio companies and strategic clients
