About The Position

The Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) Coordinator supports the company’s strategic growth initiatives by coordinating and assisting with mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate development activities. This role partners closely with internal stakeholders and external advisors to help manage transaction workflows, conduct financial and operational analysis, and ensure timely execution of M&A activities. The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytically driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, confidential environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in corporate development, finance, investment banking, consulting, or M&A-related roles.
  • Strong analytical and financial acumen; experience reviewing financial statements and basic valuation concepts preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with financial modeling tools is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level of professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information.

  • Exposure to legal, tax, or regulatory aspects of M&A.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate M&A transaction activities from initial evaluation through closing.
  • Support financial analysis, valuation modeling, and review of target company financials.
  • Assist in managing due diligence processes, including tracking requests, organizing documentation, and liaising with internal teams and external advisors.
  • Prepare deal materials such as investment summaries, financial models, presentations, and executive reports.
  • Conduct market and industry research to support acquisition target identification and strategic assessments.
  • Maintain transaction trackers, data rooms, and documentation related to active and completed deals.
  • Support contract review and coordination with legal, finance, tax, and operational teams.
  • Assist with post-merger integration planning, including coordination of financial reporting, synergy tracking, and performance monitoring.
  • Monitor market conditions, industry trends, and regulatory considerations affecting M&A activity.
  • Provide administrative and analytical support for other corporate development initiatives as needed.
