Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on merchandising experience paired with a strategic, solutions-oriented mindset
  • Deep knowledge of the vendor landscape, sourcing models, and pricing strategy
  • Strong negotiation skills that create long-term value for the business
  • Sharp commercial instincts and the ability to forecast market trends ahead of competitors
  • Leadership that drives cross-functional alignment and high-quality execution
  • Comfort managing multiple moving parts while delivering on both detail and deadlines

Responsibilities

  • Leading the strategic vision for your category: planning, budgeting, forecasting, and maximizing margin.
  • Building trend-right product assortments that reflect customer needs across all U.S. regions.
  • Directly sourcing and negotiating with vendors to secure the best product at the best price—without compromise.
  • Partnering with cross-functional teams like Inventory, Planning, Marketing, and Visual Merchandising to bring product strategies to life in-store and online.
  • Collaborating with Regional Merchandising leads to ensure tailored assortments for each market.
  • Driving decisions through data: analyzing performance, market trends, and customer behavior to make sharp, informed calls.
