About The Position

FULLBEAUTY Brands™ is the premier fashion and lifestyle destination for the plus size customer. We are an online and catalog marketplace offering a curated collection of the finest family of plus size brands and thousands of products. Reporting to the Senior Manager, this position will support the Dia & Co marketplace, focused on account management and relationships with external partners. This position will also help support the growing Wholesale businesses for assigned brands within the organization. The ideal candidate will have high attention to detail, an entrepreneurial spirit and be able to think strategically, partnering with cross-functional teams to optimize the business.This position requires strong organizational skills to prioritize deliverables by communicating effectively both internally and externally with vendors.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising or equivalent experience
0-2 years of experience in retail merchandising at the intern or assistant merchant level
Effective problem-solving skills in a complex environment
Entrepreneurial drive and ability to stay organized and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Ability to foster relationships with internal and external partners through clear communication
Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Microsoft Excel; Demandware is a plus

Responsibilities

Understand the target customer to deliver the optimal assortment and shopping experience
Foster strong relationships with vendors to maximize sales
Work closely with marketing, ecommerce and operations to bring brand assortments to life
Constantly pattern the competitive market, identifying new brand, product and site merchandising opportunities
Manage the site daily to increase all metrics including conversion and AOV
Execute initiatives to ensure the best shopping experience for the customer
Partner with assigned brand merchandising, planning and sourcing teams to optimize wholesale businesses
Assist in analyzing wholesale account performance, presenting results and opportunities in weekly business meetings
