The Associate Medical Director provides clinical and operational leadership for the Arlene Cooper Community Health Center, the Gavin J. Goorjian Community Health Center, and the Mobile Medical Unit. This role ensures the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based, compliant, and patient-centered medical care across all service locations. The Associate Medical Director is responsible for building and strengthening the clinical foundation through clear policies and procedures, defined goals, and infrastructure that supports clinical excellence. This role also prioritizes positive employee morale, professional growth, and a culture of accountability and respect. The Associate Medical Director partners closely with executive leadership, medical providers, and operational teams to improve access to care, provider performance, quality outcomes, and integrated service delivery. This position supports The Center’s mission, organizational growth, regulatory compliance, and long-term clinical sustainability.
