About The Position

Help build the clinical layer behind last-mile value-based care. Role Snapshot Associate Medical Director, Clinical AI & Transformation Location/Type: Los Angeles, CA • Full-time Pay: $250,000 - $275,000 base + bonus + equity. Compensation flexible for the right candidate. Impact: Own better clinical workflows across in-home, virtual, and provider-connected care. This role helps turn field data into cleaner care plans, tighter documentation, and better value-based care performance. Our client's care model centers on proactive care in the home, clinic, and virtual settings, with care gap closure, risk adjustment, and member navigation built in. Your work helps close the last mile in value-based care. Better workflows mean better clinical capture, better member follow-through, and less waste between visit, chart, and next step. Our client's care model already uses hybrid deployment, clinical review, and home-based engagement at scale. You like pace and ownership. You want to build, not just oversee. At Urrly, fairness matters. We use AI to review every application against the same clear requirements for the role. This means every candidate is evaluated on job-related factors like skills, certifications, and experience—not on personal attributes such as gender, race, age, or background. Our goal is to create a more objective, consistent, and equal opportunity hiring process for all applicants. Apply Today to help shape the clinical engine behind in-home and virtual value-based care.
