About The Position

BSN SPORTS is seeking a detail-oriented, collaborative Associate Campaign Marketing Manager to support the development and execution of marketing campaigns for Sideline, our direct-to-consumer spirit wear division and assist on relevant My Team Shop marketing campaigns. Sideline delivers apparel and fan gear for students, parents, and supporters, and this role plays a key part in bringing product stories, seasonal initiatives, and brand moments to life across digital channels. This role partners closely with cross-functional teams—including Creative, Copy, Merchandising, Channel Owners, and Analytics—to develop clear creative briefs, manage campaign workflows, and support the execution of omnichannel, conversion-driven campaigns. With an ownership mindset, you’ll help build and evolve a comprehensive content playbook that supports both brand and performance goals. Success in this role requires strong organization, clear communication, creative judgment, and comfort operating in a fast-moving, highly collaborative environment.

  • Experience using marketing and collaboration tools such as Asana, Miro, Figma, and CMS platforms
  • Experience evaluating campaign performance and understanding ROI relative to business goals

  • Ability—or strong interest—in using performance insights to refine creative strategy preferred
  • Experience in D2C, eCommerce, retail, apparel, or sports marketing preferred
  • Experience partnering with Merchandising or working in a product-driven environment preferred
  • Experience working with external agencies or contract partners preferred

Responsibilities

  • Support campaign planning for Sideline product stories, promotional moments, and brand awareness initiatives
  • Develop clear, actionable creative briefs outlining: Campaign objectives, Target audiences, Promotional positioning and messaging hierarchy, KPIs and success metrics
  • Adapt campaign briefs for omnichannel execution, including email, organic social, paid media (Meta and Google), and additional digital channels
  • Curate and select imagery that aligns with brand standards and supports strong visual storytelling
  • Lead creative briefings with designers, copywriters, and cross-functional partners to ensure clarity on goals, requirements, and timelines
  • Maintain ongoing communication with creative teams to support efficient asset development and alignment with campaign strategy
  • Partner with Merchandising to ensure accurate product details and alignment with key product priorities and new product and brand launches
  • Gather, evaluate, and consolidate stakeholder feedback into clear, actionable creative direction
  • Ensure creative assets align with brand guidelines, messaging hierarchy, and campaign objectives
  • Help resolve conflicting feedback and guide teams toward a cohesive final execution
  • Coordinate with channel owners to ensure seamless handoff of creative assets, targeting requirements, and timely campaign launches
  • Partner with Analytics to review campaign performance and identify creative optimization opportunities
  • Support onsite marketing needs, including universal banners and promotional messaging
  • Work within backend CRM systems to implement promotional logic and campaign setup
  • Apply performance insights and learnings to improve future campaigns and drive stronger engagement and conversion
  • Plan major campaign themes in advance to enable strong collaboration with Creative and Merchandising teams
  • Use Asana to manage timelines, tasks, deliverables, and approval workflows
  • Maintain accurate documentation of briefs, feedback cycles, and creative versions
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes across Marketing, Creative, and Merchandising
  • Collaborate on campaign photoshoot planning to maximize budget efficiency and elevate visual assets
