  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field

Nice To Haves

  • Industry Experience: 2+ years of CPG brand management or related field preferred
  • Education: MBA or Masters a plus

Responsibilities

  • Performing business analysis: Leverage syndicated data (Circana) and custom research to drive understanding of business health and provide recommendations to strengthen the brand's go-to-market
  • Lead breakthrough commercial innovation: Coordinate package and product improvements that enhance the brand
  • Support business health: manage A&SP and packaging budgets for the BU marketing team
  • Contribute to a positive team culture: support a purpose-driven culture that embraces IDEA (inclusion, diversity, equity, and allyship)
