The program concludes with a final presentation to leaders and peers, where interns showcase their work, share ideas, and receive valuable feedback. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced marketing MBA candidate to join our dynamic team and improve customer engagement and conversion rates by refining touchpoint tactics. This is an opportunity to take ownership of a business-critical project, learn about the pharmaceutical industry, and work within an inclusive cross-functional team. While working at Chiesi, the intern will be an integral part of the Marketing team and will gain exposure to a wide range of marketing disciplines, including positioning and messaging, campaign development, business analytics, market research, digital strategy design, and business performance management. Project examples include but are not limited to: Audit and Refinement of Customer Journey Touchpoint Tactics Based on Performance and Strategic Insights

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in an MBA program with a concentration in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Analytics, or a related discipline, and expected to graduate in Fall 2026 or later.
  • Strong interest in a healthcare career
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and data analysis tools.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous or demonstrated interest in marketing; experience in digital marketing, customer journey mapping or campaign management
  • Completed undergraduate degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate within Marketing to: Review existing campaign structures and tactics
  • Review performance to date with quantitative and qualitative measures
  • Review Existing Customer Personas and Journey Maps: Analyze current customer personas and journey maps.
  • Identify potential additional campaign goals based on insights.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Team: Gather feedback on current persona-specific field touchpoints, primarily rep-triggered emails (RTEs).
  • Understand the sales team’s perspective on customer interactions and touchpoints.
  • Analyze Customer and CRM Data: Examine customer data and CRM records to identify behavior patterns and preferences.
  • Use data insights to inform touchpoint refinement strategies.
  • Propose and Implement Improvements: Develop and refine persona-specific field touchpoints, focusing on RTE creation and enhancement.
  • Share best practices and implement changes to improve customer engagement and conversion rates.
  • Monitor the impact of implemented changes and adjust strategies as needed.
