POSITION SUMMARY: Support the Kroger Our Brands and Senior Our Brands Managers through the execution and communication of marketing campaigns, budget tracking, and proofing. Effectively coordinates and implements the branding strategy through cross-functional teamwork and collaboration while also developing new strategies to support future growth. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: This hybrid position will be required to work in our Corporate Office at least two days per week based on your team’s schedule Manage the marketing campaign execution process, including details regarding fit with brand strategy, clear benefit communication, timing, documentation, proofing and approvals on assigned brands Maximize team capacity by organizing documentation and through time management Maintain team updates on status of all current projects Track team budgets and expenditures associated with marketing material development and explore potential new processes that could improve efficiencies Communicate on a regular basis with Brand Managers and OB Leadership. Ensure brand strategy is translated into marketing and merchandising tactics, working collaboratively with all Cross Functional partners Manage the execution of marketing campaigns and messaging across many different touch points.
