About The Position

As an Associate Manager, Third Party Diligence, you will: Lead and coach regional team; manage performance and career development. Ensure SLA‑driven delivery of third‑party services (ID verification, screening, risk assessments, ongoing monitoring). Spot and escalate material operational issues to drive swift resolution. Collaborate with Sales, Partnerships, Procurement, Legal, Tech/InfoSec, and AP to align TPRM with business goals. Drive process improvements using automation/AI to boost efficiency and outcomes. Contribute to the design and execution of the enterprise TPRM program to strengthen overall risk posture and support growth and trust in the Thomson Reuters brand.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of overall experience including risk management, procurement, administrative management, or third-party risk management, and a minimum of 2+ years in a team leader role with a mentorship/coaching interest or experience.
  • Proven ability to build and lead regional teams and continuously improve the team environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse groups and at various seniority levels in a global, complex environment.
  • Natural curiosity, adaptability to navigate uncertainty, and comfort with ambiguity in a fast-paced setting.
  • Demonstrated ability to support and enhance policies, procedures, and operational processes in collaboration with key business stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and commercial awareness, with the ability to think strategically and make sound judgments.
  • Understanding of risk management principles.
