About The Position

Our Strategy & Operations team leads company-wide initiatives that accelerate growth, improve efficiency, and strengthen our ability to scale sustainably. We combine strategic thinking, data-driven insights, and operational discipline to turn business objectives into measurable outcomes. We’re looking for an Associate Manager to help drive our next phase of market growth. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, a process-oriented mindset, and thrives in dynamic, fast-evolving environments. As our work begins with building a presence in informal banking before layering in broader financial services, this role will focus on designing and executing the processes that make this expansion possible, from improving speed of deployment to enabling scalable growth models.

Requirements

  • 4–6 years of experience in strategy, business operations, or growth-focused roles.
  • Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to structure complex challenges and propose practical solutions.
  • Proven process-improvement mindset, comfort with designing, implementing, and optimizing workflows.
  • Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration abilities, with the ability to think like an owner.
  • Fluency in English and working proficiency in French.

Responsibilities

  • Support strategic growth initiatives. Plan and coordinate expansion and business integration projects.
  • Optimize processes. Identify inefficiencies and implement solutions to accelerate market growth, and reduce lead times.
  • Contribute to business development analyses of organic, partnership and M&A strategies. Support assessments, add value to due diligence process.
  • Drive operational alignment. Ensure strategic initiatives are executed effectively across teams.
  • Track and report performance metrics to leadership for ongoing improvement.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, finance, and legal teams to drive execution excellence.
