This role sits at the heart of that effort. You’ll work closely with Honeydew's Head of Growth (an ex-McKinsey consultant), driving special projects, growth initiatives, and overall growth strategy. It’s a unique opportunity to shape the trajectory of a high-growth health tech company while working alongside creative, analytical, and mission-driven teammates. This job blends the best of traditional consulting skills — structured problem-solving, data analysis, stakeholder management — with hands-on exposure to creative and brand strategy, marketing and growth, and strategic partnerships . You’ll report to our Head of Growth ( Connor Kreutz ) who’s based in New York City. It’s a role for someone who’s excited by the mix of strategy, creativity, and execution — a fast learner who wants to build, test, and scale something meaningful from the ground up.

Requirements

  • Top-tier consulting experience: 2–4 years at a leading consulting firm with a strong track record of promotion and advancement.
  • Systems thinker & problem solver: Skilled at mapping a complex acquisition funnel, gathering and analyzing data, making strategic recommendations, and designing and implementing practical solutions.
  • Collaborative leader: Kind, thoughtful, and persuasive teammate who fosters a strong, positive team culture, builds buy-in across stakeholders, and leads with empathy and clarity.
  • Mission-driven mindset: Demonstrated commitment to doing good and helping people—motivated by impact and purpose.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with marketplace businesses or complex consumer services (insurance, fintech, medical, real estate, etc.).
  • Background in consumer-focused research, discovery work, or other roles that require interviewing and empathizing with people from diverse backgrounds.

Responsibilities

  • Lead growth initiatives that cut across product, marketing, and operations.
  • Map complex patient acquisition systems and identify high-leverage opportunities across the funnel.
  • Level up our data & insights capabilities translate learnings into actionable tests and campaigns.
  • Collaborate with our creative and marketing teams to develop messaging and concepts that resonate with clients.
  • Work directly with Honeydew leadership to set priorities and refine our growth roadmap.
