Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales/Business or equivalent experience required; must thrive in a quota-driven environment where part of compensation is at risk.
  • Minimum of 7 years of sales experience, preferably in a call center environment; excellent verbal, written, and listening communication skills.
  • At least 1 year of experience with computer-based CRM and/or order entry applications; ability to learn and apply selling techniques.
  • Self-motivated and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with others.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office, internet, and web-based applications.
  • Regular and punctual attendance is required.

Nice To Haves

  • eCommerce experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Management of Internal Telesales and Outbound Retention Teams: Recruit, hire, and supervise members of the inside sales and outbound retention teams.
  • Educate staff on effectively addressing common customer questions.
  • Coordinate sales and retention action plans for individual team members.
  • Ensure teams have the necessary resources to perform effectively.
  • Mentoring sales representatives and providing coaching
  • Monitor achievement of sales objectives by the inside sales and retention teams.
  • Setting sales quotas and goals, and motivating the team to meet them
  • Liaise with other departments to support sales and retention goals.
  • Evaluate performance of sales and outbound retention staff.
  • Using sales data to identify trends and opportunities, and to evaluate performance against targets
  • Providing sales reports to higher management, highlighting successes and areas for improvement
  • Provide feedback, support, and coaching to the teams.
  • Ensure compliance with all quality and compliance metrics.
  • Meet company KPIs for inside sales and retention teams.
