About the Role As an Associate Manager, Account Management, you will serve as a key partner to our retailers, helping guide them through planning, launch, optimization, and measurement. This role builds on deep campaign management expertise while adding more strategic ownership—supporting larger or more complex accounts, proposing proactive recommendations, and helping refine best practices across the team. You will collaborate closely with Ad Ops, Product, and Engineering to ensure seamless execution and help surface insights that support retailer and Symbiosys growth. You may also informally mentor junior team members and contribute to evolving our account management processes. This role reports directly to the Senior Manager of Retailer Success.. Requirements

  • You bring 4-6+ years of experience in account management, client success, or campaign management in digital media, retail media, or adtech.
  • You have hands-on experience managing campaigns across DSPs, retailer platforms, or social platforms, with comfort navigating more complex setups.
  • You understand digital advertising KPIs, pacing, and optimization levers and can apply them to build strong recommendations.
  • You are proficient in building proposals, managing insertion orders, and working across planning tools and spreadsheets with accuracy.
  • You can confidently lead client conversations and communicate clearly with cross-functional teams.
  • You stay organized and detail-oriented while managing multiple campaigns and shifting priorities.
  • You demonstrate ownership and a proactive mindset—comfortable identifying issues, proposing solutions, and improving processes where needed.
  • You're excited to support the development of junior team members and help elevate the broader Retailer Success function.
