About The Position

Through initiatives like Project SKY, Unilever is building scalable, insight‑led capabilities that connect customer signals (POS, inventory, ordering behavior) to Unilever planning and execution. This role plays a critical part in bringing those capabilities to life. The Associate Manager of Customer Connectivity is responsible for translating Customer Connectivity strategy into execution. This role supports the development, deployment, and adoption of SKY capabilities by partnering closely with Customer Planning, Customer Experience, Integrated Planning, and Digital & Technology teams. Reporting into the Associate Director, this role focuses on operationalizing current phases of SKY as well as crafting future phases to support continuous, scalable growth. The role enables customer-specific use cases, improving visibility and exception-based insights, and strengthening how teams collaborate around data-driven decision making.

Requirements

  • Degree: Business analytics or related.
  • 5 to7 years of experience
  • Strong communication, presentation and collaboration skills.
  • Foundational understanding of planning, supply chain, or customer operations.
  • Interest in data, analytics, and digital enablement.
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity while building clarity.
  • Ability to lead project teams and timelines for data exploration and builds

Responsibilities

  • Support the deployment and evolution of SKY 1.0 and SKY 2.0 capabilities.
  • Partner with internal teams to test, refine, and operationalize dashboards and tools.
  • Act as a connector across CPFR, MCP, Integrated Planning, and D&T teams.
  • Support customer‑specific connectivity and collaboration models.
  • Build tools that triangulate POS, inventory, shipments, and forecasts.
  • Enable exception‑based insights to focus teams on highest‑impact actions.
  • Support customer data exploration, ingestion, and validation.
  • Ensure logic is scalable and clearly understood.
  • Support training, adoption, and feedback loops.
  • Create wireframes, decks, and playbooks to drive understanding.
