About the Role We’re looking for an Associate Manager, Merchant Strategy & Operations, Merchant Growth & Profitability to shape the vision and execution of DoorDash’s product adoption experience. In this role, you’ll design a merchant-first approach to Sales and Product GTM, optimizing for merchant objectives. You’ll match deep customer empathy with analytical rigor to uncover insights, reduce friction, and design strategies to up-level the merchant adoption experience in partnership with our Sales and Product teams. Success in this role requires strong cross-functional leadership and the ability to drive impact across product, engineering, sales, and operations.
