Associate Manager, M&A (Mergers and Acquisitions)
About The Position
Join Yum! Brands’ high‑performing Global Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) team and help shape the future of one of the world’s largest restaurant companies. In this role, you’ll evaluate and execute acquisitions, divestitures, equity investments, and refranchising transactions that directly influence the long‑term strategy of our iconic global brands — KFC, Taco Bell, Pizza Hut, and The Habit Burger Grill. You’ll work closely with senior deal leads, cross‑functional partners, external advisors, and franchisees as you support transactions from early assessment through closing. This position offers broad exposure to leadership across Yum!’s global organization and is based in Plano, TX, operating in a hybrid model with three onsite days per week (Tuesday – Thursday).
