As an Associate Manager, Human Resources, you will serve as a strategic and trusted partner to the Clubs Operations team, leading a broad range of HR responsibilities with a service-oriented and business-focused mindset. In this role, you will proactively support leaders and associates by providing expert guidance on employee relations, performance management, leadership development, compensation, staffing, and organizational effectiveness. You will manage complex employee relations matters, conduct investigations, and ensure consistent application of company policies and employment laws while maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality. In close collaboration with Talent Acquisition and HR Centers of Expertise, you will lead recruiting efforts, support onboarding, and help drive impactful talent management initiatives. This role offers the opportunity to anticipate business needs, influence people strategies, and deliver thoughtful HR solutions that enable the organization to achieve its goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business, or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist
  • Multi-site HR experience required
  • Strong working knowledge of California state and federal employment laws
  • Proficient with HRIS systems
  • Proven success managing employee relations and high-volume recruiting
  • Strong business acumen, curiosity, and learning agility

Nice To Haves

  • PHR or SPHR certification preferred
  • Moderate to proficient Spanish fluency highly preferred
  • Experience in manufacturing or high-volume environments preferred
  • Familiarity with modern HR practices (Talent Management, Change Leadership, Leader Development)
