About The Position

Join our burgeoning beauty brand and become a fundamental member of our expanding marketing team. We are looking for an analytical, entrepreneurial, results-focused Associate Manager of Growth Marketing to support the management and delivery of our performance marketing channels. The ideal candidate will have proven success in executing digital marketing campaigns end-to-end, driving an iterative creative testing process, and evaluating performance to provide actionable insights and capitalize on growth opportunities. Reporting to the Growth Marketing Manager, this role will work cross-functionally within our company to support our continued growth.

Requirements

  • Must have 3+ years of experience managing direct response campaigns on Facebook optimizing toward customer acquisition.
  • Strong creative acumen for best-in-class social creative across platforms.
  • Ability to hit deadlines, manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously across numerous channels.
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends & peak seasonal periods.
  • Strong analytical skills; optimizing for KPIs, and turning analysis into action.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel.
  • Excellent communication (written, verbal & presentation) skills.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Pinterest, Reddit, and TikTok advertising is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day paid social media execution across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and other emerging channels.
  • Monitor and optimize ad performance to maximize ROAS, reach revenue goals, and ensure KPI targets are met.
  • Own operational tasks (creative uploads, launching new campaigns, setting up A/B tests).
  • Support execution of testing roadmap for creative, messaging, audience, targeting, and landing page tests to continuously improve performance.
  • Stay on top of industry news, platform updates, innovations, and product enhancements.
  • Proactively seek operational efficiencies to improve workflow.
  • Proactively analyze performance trends in order to identify, communicate, and capitalize on performance opportunities across platforms, audiences, and creative.
  • Report on key metrics for campaign effectiveness and develop key findings for optimization.
  • Support with weekly and monthly reporting to senior members of the Marketing team.
  • Facilitate the sharing of data and insights among relevant internal parties to inform future strategies.
  • Support Growth Manager on creative strategy and briefing, and other marketing content, providing direction and data-driven feedback to guide asset creation.
  • Support in BAU creative briefing, ideation, sharing best practices, test results, and channel performance with cross-functional teams.
