Hyatt seeks an enthusiastic Associate Manager - Financial Partners to join our World of Hyatt loyalty team. In this role, you will be collaborating closely with the broader IT, Marketing, Legal, Digital, and GCC teams, where you'll be instrumental in continuing to make Hyatt a leading hospitality company. Requirements

3 years of marketing/agency/account management/project management experience
Relationship/Client management experience
Strong account management and organizational skills, with an ability to multitask
Excellent communication skills - writing/presentation skills, experience communicating with executive leadership a plus
Basic analytical skills and comfort with Excel
History of delivering results and implementing change
Proven ability to collaborate across a highly matrixed organization
Highly professional and able to appropriately represent the company to external partners

Nice To Haves

Strong negotiation skills are a plus
Experience or exposure to the financial services industry is a plus
Creative/innovative approach to problem solving

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day responsibilities to successfully grow our cobrand credit card and drive Hyatt Corporation EBITDA for both the consumer and small business card
Manage credit card marketing tactics across multi-channel marketing campaigns, including measurement, new channel tests, and creative review
Manage Hyatt's points purchase product, working with third-party
Support offers with financial services companies to drive stays at Hyatt hotels
