Timberland: Associate Manager, eCommerce/Digital Operations

About The Position

The Associate Manager, Digital Operations will serve as the liaison between various eCommerce business teams for all eCommerce enhancements. This role involves proactive engagement in Digital Operations, including gathering and compiling requirements, tracking tasks, and documenting processes from go-live plans to requirement acceptance. Effective communication and ownership are crucial, aligning with the brand's culture and values. This position is essential for improving efficiencies across both the US and Canada websites to deliver a superior customer experience for Timberland Americas. It is a hybrid role, requiring three days per week at the Timberland HQ in Stratham, NH.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in project management and/or eCommerce operations
  • Knowledge of eCommerce platforms, APIs, release planning, development practices, and agile methodology
  • Leadership, strategic thinking, and practical organizational planning skills
  • Nimble and flexible about changing priorities & business needs, and managing across large cross-functional groups
  • Organized, self-starter who can ramp up quickly and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail oriented and a multi-tasker in equal measure
  • Must have experience with JIRA, Confluence, and Smartsheets
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with all levels of end users and technical resources

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC), Core Media, and Business Spend Management Tools (like Coupa)

Responsibilities

  • Managing activities throughout the design, development, and QA process to meet the standards set by the brand to drive seamless consumer interaction
  • Partnerships across business teams, vendors, centralized technology teams, Customer Care, and production support to drive consumer-centric experiences
  • Works directly with the centralized Product owners to align delivery timelines, planning for user acceptance testing, and building operational go live plans
  • Continuously analyze the current process for ways to increase productivity and quality
  • Organizes communications between stakeholders to ensure continuity, end to end
  • Works with the internal and external QA teams to plan and activate test cases within JIRA Test Case management following agile methodologies during both UAT and BAV
  • Works with Operations team to build success metrics and ensure the ability for ongoing monitoring of post-launch results through analysis and reporting
  • Drive continual product improvements and partner to inform the product roadmap with new ideas based on ongoing user research or enhancements needed out of delivery
  • Ability to coordinate and manage meetings among various stakeholders and lead group discussions with clear documentation
  • Drive socialization, demonstrations, and trainings on new business enhancements
  • Builds lasting relationships with internal and external partners by creating ongoing value for both sides and ensuring outstanding communication and follow-through on commitments
  • Assist with management of budget, including creation of requisitions, POs, and prompt receipt and payment of invoices across multiple vendors
  • Partner with our Wholesale and Sales Ops team to maintain hygiene of our store locator database
