About The Position

The Associate Manager, Digital (Activation) leads the execution of multichannel campaigns in email, push, mobile app, and SMS. This position will take ownership of campaign development and optimization, with a focus on acquisition, activation, deepening engagement, and lifetime value.  The Associate Manager, Activation plays a critical role in shaping the customer journey by leveraging innovative tools across channels.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field
  • 5+ years of relevant CRM experience
  • Experience with maintaining automated workflows, complex segmentation, A/B or multivariant testing, and AI/ML models
  • Comfortable working with an enterprise level Email Service Provider (ESP), preferably Braze or Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC)
  • Familiarity with reporting platforms such as Google Analytics, Tableau & Amplitude
  • Strong executional, organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data to form recommendations
  • Experience working with creative agencies
  • An aptitude to learn new tools and technology

Responsibilities

  • Actively own the continued development and optimization of the Activation focused AI use case(s) through new content creation, QA and refinement.
  • Innovate with the CRM toolkit to drive customers’ omnichannel (in-app, kiosk, DMB, etc) onboarding journey and incentivize opportunities for Non-Loyalty acquisition, Loyalty activation, and acceleration.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of gamification capabilities to drive engagement and CAV.
  • Contribute to the evolving merchandising strategies on the app to drive transactions.
  • Drive the development and execution of the CRM calendar for New and Non-Loyalty Users by collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate digital and national initiatives, while leading creative brief strategy to ensure clear, aligned marketing direction for CRM assets.
  • Collaborate with Middleware, MarTech, and Analytics teams to enhance CRM campaigns by identifying opportunities for greater personalization through customer behavior insights and measuring campaign impact on activation and acquisition to drive strategic improvements.
