About The Position

Ocean Spray is seeking an Associate Manager, Contract Manufacturing. This role oversees Ocean Spray’s co-manufacturing relationships, acting as the primary point of contact to support and drive efficiency for both base business and innovation. The individual will collaborate cross-functionally to ensure co-manufactured products are delivered on time, in full, on budget, and meet quality requirements. This is a remote role, open to candidates based out of the corporate headquarters in Lakeville, MA, or other remote locations.

Requirements

Working knowledge of MS Office (specifically Excel)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work with cross-functional and external partners
Experience in CPG manufacturing w/knowledge of manufacturing processes
Bachelor's or University Degree
At least 3 Years of Experience

Responsibilities

Support innovation process and new item commercialization, from co-man sourcing and qualification to launch and ongoing production
Negotiate costs for products with existing and new co-man partners; participate in the AOP process to ensure accurate planning
Lead business and score card reviews with co-man partners, covering fulfillment, cost, quality, and other relevant metrics
Identify and execute cost savings opportunities within the co-manufacturing space, including RFPs, process/material changes, and cost negotiations
Work cross-functionally with planning, marketing, sales, FSQA, R&D, finance, etc., acting as liaison with external manufacturing partners to deliver against business needs
Travel up to 30% domestically, with potential for international travel based on business needs
